We’ll assess the unique needs of your property during our initial visit, ensuring it receives the best care and attention from day one. Any extra time or materials required will be discussed with you upfront.
Our commitment to your lawn’s health and beauty is based on a full 12-month care plan, designed to keep your property in peak condition throughout the seasons. Early cancellation fees may apply to balance the resources allocated to your care.
To ensure uninterrupted service and year-round results, your plan will automatically renew after the initial 12 months, transitioning to a flexible month-to-month arrangement.
Clear communication is a priority for us. If you ever wish to discontinue services, we ask for 30 days' written notice to help us wrap up your care smoothly.
We make billing simple and predictable, with statements sent on the last day of each month and payments due by the 15th.
To keep our operations running smoothly and fairly, late payments may incur a fee of up to $30 per month
